When it comes to cleaning your house, clean one room a day. For instance, thoroughly clean the living room one day. The next day, first do a quick straightening up of the living room and then move on to the kitchen, and so forth. Plan 20 minutes a day to workout to an online yoga video. Give yourself half an hour to an hour to meet with a friend for a cup of coffee.
These things are important to your well-being and leaves you with a feeling of accomplishing something, rather than nothing at all. After all, life is for living, so be sure to make the most of it.
